KidShape is a family-based pediatric weight management program for youths ages 6 to 14. The program focuses on nutrition, physical activity and self-esteem.

Kidz Get Fit provides an activity video for schools and home, weekly activity class and summer week long camp for kids grades 1 to 3rd which focuses on nutrition, physical activity and self esteem.

Activity is held at: Area schools, Hamot Wellness Center and other locations
