The purpose of this program is to bring the workings of the state government alive to students. It creates an opportunity for students to discuss state issues and take field trips to Harrisburg and much more.

This program is appropriate for handicapped or disabled persons 
Other information: 9th-12th graders
Transportation is available 
Fee waivers provided for some low income families 
Fees are reduced for low income families 
Scholarships are available for some participants

Fees: Approximately $300.00 per student to go to Harrisburg, PA

Teens meet weekly to write and debate bills and discuss government on a state level. Students attend mock sessions and model conventions in Harrisburg every April

Requirements: Teens 13-18 or 8th through 12th grades at any Erie school, must attend meetings regularly
