ESL education is provided for foreign-born students to help develop communicative competence through reading, writing and discussion. Classes are offered in flexible schedules and locations, and are open to everyone. Resource partnerships with the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Gannon University and the Erie School District help us to maintain high quality educational standards.

Requirements: Immigrants and Refugees wishing to imrove English language skills.
